The Café School at Food & Hospitality Queensland is a popular stage with demonstrations running every hour. Free workshops help cafes and takeaways expand their menu and boost their bottom line. You can hear the speakers, learn about new trends and taste new products.
Entry is free for the first 50 guests to each session. There is no booking required. Just come along to the show and take a seat 5-10 minutes before each workshop.
