What are the Benefits
With the FHS Mentor Program we will lead you through an educational process which will provide you with the knowledge to operate your current business more successfully and with the confidence and ability to manage possible future expansion. We assist you to implement and apply agreed strategies so that you have a thorough understanding of the principles which can be used over and over again and applied to any business. We will be there every step of the way to ensure your success.
Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation involves an in-depth look at your goals, both business and personal; the marketing strategies you have used previously and the results that were achieved. The consultation is basically a road map for the future of your business. The process is:
- to determine what you want out of life
- to understand what you want out of the business
- to determine your 12 month goals
- to come up with ideas on strategies that will guide you to achieving your goals, and
- to prioritise these strategies.
Monthly Mentoring
- The Mentor Program is crucial to the long term success of your business. Once we have completed the initial consultation and have identified everything that you could be doing in your business that you’re not doing currently, your Mentor will show you step by step how to implement these new strategies. Over the course of the program, we will test and measure everything and adjust what is not working and further improve what is working.

- The basis of the Mentor Program is to coach you in the implementation of the strategies recommended in the initial consultation. As your Mentor, we will educate you, encourage you, help you deal with any challenges and, more importantly, make you accountable to someone so that the job gets done within allocated time- frames. We are teaching you what to do and how to do it so that the knowledge stays with you and your team long after we are gone.
- Once you have committed to the program you will receive up to 4 hours mentoring per month with your Mentor, broken down into around one hour per week at an agreed time. Your Mentor will discuss strategies, marketing, systems and the practical application of those strategies in the running of your day to day business, team building, system implementation, testing and measuring, results of the strategies implemented and any challenges you may be experiencing. We will also review the results from the previous week and then implement new strategies.
- The Mentor Program is for a 12 month period initially.
- In addition to your consultation your Mentor will critique your marketing initiatives, systems and other strategies to ensure that you are on track with your advertising and promotion. Your Mentor may provide extra critiques from time to time.
- You will be entitled to regular contact with your coach by telephone or email.
Your Strategies
- The number and combination of the strategies that you implement during the program will depend on their size, complexity and your abilities to undertake the workload involved. The appropriateness, order and priority of your strategies should be identified during your initial consultation but may change during the program to be responsive to the variables of your business.
